Our facility is centrally located in Houston, Texas. We defined the future with our high tech processing and extremely close tolerances.

We fabricated investment castings using the air melt and vacuum melt processes. This process begins with a wax part duplicating and engineering drawing of the specific part. It is then dipped in ceramic slurry until a shell is formed.

The wax is then melted out and the fired shell is filled with molten metal to form a part near to the net shape of the drawing.
