RR Valve - Automatic Modulating Reset Relief Valve
Once the set pressure is exceeded, the valve automatically modulates to allow excess pressure to bleed off, then it resets automatically.
X15,000 Auto RRV/DAQ/CS, the newest addition to our line of products, stands alone. This Reset Relief valve is electrically
operated and has its own failsafe actuator. With loss of AC power, its 24 volt DC supply opens the valve to the failsafe position.
This valve literally stands alone. There are no hydraulic lines to connect, no reservoirs to keep full, no need
for accumulators for backup. No lines to the control box spread all over the rig. This valve can be reset manually, by hand held remote,
or by touch screen on the valve or in the drilling booth. The remote control can operate 4 valves. Centerlines approximate to Cameron
style so minimum piping changes are needed. With less than a dozen major parts, it's essentially maintenance free.

Total Electric Operation: No rig air or Hydraulics are required. Configurable trip from 0 to 15,000 PSI to within 1 PSI. Wide dynamic range. Can operate in pressure control mode-like a choke to limit pressure without fully relieving all pressure. Pressure Transducer in self contained oil chamber not exposed to corrosive/erosive mud. Touch screen operation; Trip set-point, Reset, Auto reset timer, manual trip cycle counts, alarms
and historical data logger. Valve is upgradeable for full function monitoring of the entire pump just
as our DAQ/Control system monitors and controls our own advanced offering in mud pumps. Forged material with all components rated for 15,000 PSI. Valve comes with 1502 Hammer Unions
or Flanges. Safe and rapid non-intrusive commissioning with infra-red control using the point and shoot IQ actuator
setting tool (hand held remote). Entire valve and actuator assembly rated to class 1 Div 1 or 2 Ability to connect on network to central controller which can handle two valves. Ability to tie into the rig control network for monitoring or control. On board data logger actuator has capacity for 10 configuration and 4 data logger files. Actuator system allows eight helps screens (multilingual) that can be set with the IQ setting tool allowing
real time, grouped analysis of control signal status, valve and actuator status. IQ-Insight PC software is a graphical user interface allowing all set-up configuration and data
logger information to be reviewed, analyzed and reconfigured. This visually interactive application
is browser leased running under Microsoft or other operating systems. Can be controlled from the RR Smart Pump controller as a standard feature.
